Glasgow Cathedral Festival

I went to a lunchtime recital in the quire of Glasgow Cathedral today which was the first event of the festival which is on until Sunday. The flautist Matthew James Higham and pianist Hye Soo Kang, played four diverse pieces. Matthew wished the audience well before he played the second piece ‘Sequenza’ by Luciano Berio as he told us it would be quite challenging to listen to!
