Jake Reunion

I was so happy to see Jake after almost three weeks ...... And as you can see, I think he was happy to see Grammy and Grampy too! I took over 100 pictures of that sweet little face, but this one epitomizes that happy little boy.... Always smiling! You all know what I am grateful for today....one small word, JAKE!!
