Red plaques

I was in Dalkeith this morning having a meeting with my financial advisor, which was very useful, although, my head is swimming with numbers!

Anyway, while there, I blipped one of the many red plaques.

Created as a public artwork “I Woz Here Dalkeith” in 2012 by artist Susan Garnt, these red plaques commemorate the everyday memories of people living in Dalkeith, from the mundane to the extraordinary (see extra).

I must say that I find Dalkeith very interesting and always enjoy visiting it.
