Another difficult day for Nate... He had something like an anxiety attack at the school gate... I think it's all linked to having been so ill pre knowing it was gluten and dairy. Not easy.
A bright spot in the day was dropping by a new art gallery on our street and loving the work in there.

Today I'm grateful for;
1) School being kind and understanding.
2) Nate feeling better at home, though awful at night again.
3) A lovely call with my auntie Anthea.
