Abbotsbury

Reasonably busy again at Foodbank this morning. There were a number of clients with massive issues they are having to deal with so listening, empathising and giving help where we can is so important. Walked at Abbotsbury sub tropical gardens in the afternoon - always a great place to unwind and chill. Up to see Mum in the evening and play scrabble - she was much improved after a good nights sleep.
