Day 12

Last full day of sightseeing.

Took a trip to Lowbanks - )https://www.hipposmohawkmarina.com) for infamous perch and chips lunch, frequented regularly by my cousins.

Met up with Geoff (cousin) and Angela and their dog Baxter.

Lovely lunch - bit blowy but by the time we had finished lunch the sun was out.

Then we all to a trip to a coffee shop at Port Colbourne (pronounced kol-born). Sat next to the canal (photo taken here).

We then parted, said our goodbyes to Geoff and Angela (and Baxter) and made our way to St Catherine’s museum and Welland Canals Centre. The hopes was to see a ship in the lock but indicated we had missed it. However whilst on the viewing deck, a ship came in - amazing to watch.

Home and relaxing evening.
