Wester Skerry

A beautiful sunny day, warm too.  Clouded over in the late afternoon, showers late this evening.  A gentle wind all day.

Up early, popped by Madeline's for a cuppa.  Met friend Julie for walkies.  Nipped by Laura on my way to work.  1pm start in the airport today, and a busy day on the check-in desk.  All flights on time or early.  Big Brian and Madeline popped by this evening, peerie Brian's birthday.  Heading out for a quiet birthday pint. Some disgusting human left their dog poo at our gate this evening, what is wrong with folk! 

Threats of Storm Agnes hitting the UK, a fine calm before the storm.  Think we will miss the worst of the up and coming gales, but we'll have plenty more over the next few months.  Another day of lovely blues, this time the sky and the sea.  Looking east from the Clift Hills towards Wester Skerry, and Longa Skerry in the distance, Cunningsburgh.
