Watchtower

Probably more as a monument than as an effective observation tower.
The lookout tower at Groeve Beaujean is a flop as far as I'm concerned. The tower may have been built on an old scaffolding from the sand quarry, but it is not high enough. In my opinion, it should provide a view of the water in the excavation, but it is lower than the trees it should reach over. So you just look at the dense leaves of the trees. A view of barely 15 meters. Haha!
