The gorge

Moved on up the Trento valley today to Mezzocorona. Tackled another via ferrata we’d done a few years back but couldn’t really remember.
I certainly didn’t remember the 50 rung ladder that we need to climb within 5 minutes of the start! That got the sweat going, and then out on to scorching rock for half an hour before finding shade. We then headed up through the most incredible gorge with waterfalls and greenery until we scrambled out at the top.
And then - then long steep and painful walk back down along a cobbled track. Legs are going to hurt tomorrow.
