A rather soggy Geum

I thought my plants had finished flowering but as I was digging out a rather large dandelion root I spotted this rather wet geum beside an old tree stump.

The weather has been rather miserable today ….. as usual the morning was the best part, at least the rain didn’t come on till the afternoon.
