Lunchtime

GG photo taken with my new phone.  She came up with a more interesting angle than me.  I chose to desaturate the colour. I think at the time this was taken I’d begun to slip into my post lunch brain fog time.  I’ve not felt as tired as yesterday though.

Tai Chi this morning.  No takers for the extra 15 minutes at the end of the session today.
