Embracing imperfection

Had a chunk of the spalted wood left but to turn it round would have left it fairly small with limited applications so instead, I turned it mostly round and then sanded smooth the imperfections making them part of the end product.

Reasonably pleased with the result which I will donate as a raffle prize to the sister in law's McMillan coffee morning.
