FLOWER

This little flower is in my back garden - I have no idea of its name.

Weather was dry today and quite bright but not as warm as recently.

I had a doctors appointment this afternoon - just reporting back to her about my weight loss. She was very pleased with my progress and I will be able to get another 11 free weeks at Slimming World. The result of my blood test was available. Back in January my Vitamin D level was 10.9. A normal reading should be between 30 and 74. Today's reading was 106.1. Great result.

After the doctors it was straight to Slimming World. Weight loss this week 2½ pounds. ( Total weight loss in 11 weeks - one stone 10lb. )
