S'mores

A staple of our Africa trip, tonight Jo & I adapted this traditional campfire snack to an open-topped version. Biscuit, melted marshmallow and chocolate. A tremendous Friday night BBQ for 2. Ridiculously, this was the first time I have been the one to actually start the fire and cook the food on it as well...definitely normally an Andy job
