Another museum visit ...

Plenty of information and exhibits about farming, life in rural Scotland and the causes and consequences of migration from the countryside. Ten minutes walk from the museum building takes you to Wester Kittochside Farm Having been in the same family for ten generations, it was given to the National Trust for Scotland in 1992. It's still a working farm with the original18th century A listed farmhouse open to the public giving an insight into how the farmer and his wife lived over several generations.
