Through to the west coast today to meet up with the rest of +1/2's family including the seldom seen cousins from Englandshire. It was +1/2's parent's 50th wedding anniversary and a great chance for everyone to get together. Bill and Jean, their three children and partners, ten grandchildren, uncles, cousins, friends.

The children all got on like a house on fire: +2/3 is very close in age to one of her cousins and thinks her big cousin is just the best, +1/3 was in his element sitting with the bigger grandchildren and +3/3 just wanted to go out and play all the time. Of course it didn't help that the restaurant was right next to a lovely little beach and the weather was fantastic.

After eating the grandchildren all wandered down to the beach for lots of running, jumping and cartwheeling.
