D prised me out of the house and, together with H, we ambled round the block before dinner. It was quite a bit of effort and I did have a lot of small breaks but it will be worth it. Step by step...

H managed some long periods without coughing so we're hopeful that she is finally on the mend. And we got all the school work (it's a strike day) done! Hooray!
