Morning Light

The sight that greeted me this morning as I looked out of the back door while the tea was brewing.

I received the results of my DNA test. As far as ethnicity is concerned, the largest part was from England and North Western Europe. I was pleased to find a large part from Scotland, where I've always felt a strong connection, partly because of having lived there for 8 or 9 years of my early life. I was also pleased to find a small percentage of from Sweden, Denmark and Norway. It's good to know there's a bit of Viking in there.
