A "few" plants

Now that the hole is pretty much ready for the pond, we decided to visit some nurseries recommended by B (the gardener we found through our Financial Advisor!)  We needed a few more plants for the large bed.

The plants in both nurseries - Kinbark, and St Aidan's - were all so nice we spent a lot of money, and bought considerably more than we intended!  And could easily have been tempted to much more - we will be returning  

We then went for lunch at Cois na hAbhann, not expecting to buy any plants, but they had a white rhododendron at half price which fell into our arms!

We called in to Aldi for some fruit and veg as we came through Enniscorthy, and who should we find there but B himself.  We thanked him for the recommendations and assured him we would be in touch once the pond is fully "planted" - which is, of course, weather dependant.
