Core Blimey

I discovered this old bit of something that looks like the core of an old electrical motor!

It had been place on top of a coping stone on a stone wall!! The sun was flickering through the leaves onto it and it was that that caught my eye!! Some fabulous rust and textures.

This was on my second (dry) walk today (I got soaked on the first one)….the weather forecast was for a dry morning and a wet afternoon - couldn’t have been more wrong.
