A Penny for your Thoughts

We are currently redecorating our bedroom. This involves clearing everything out of the wardrobes and under the bed. I didn’t realise that Hoarder Hilary had five duvets, umpteen pillows and every birthday card that we have ever received. Over 45 years, that a LOT of cards. Whilst sorting through and shredding most of them we found this old penny mounted on a medallion. We have no idea who gave it to us. It’s a 1967 penny so it’s not exactly valuable, but it would be nice to know it’s history.
