Joy with sand and water

'Joy' - today's MM theme - comes in many shapes and sizes... 
It being a sunny Monday, I decided to take Luca to Wentworth garden centre - a short drive away. Friends had recommended its outdoor play area, but Richard and I had never got around to trying it out. With Richard in Northern Ireland for a few days, I was keen to have a little outing with Luca.
We had a blissful time in the autumn sunshine. The play area has an enormous sand and water section, with rocks to scramble over, pumps to operate and little sandy channels to dam up. Definitely 'joy' for Luca, although you can't see his face here. He and another four year old boy got settled into playing together, while I chatted with the other lad's mum.
Later, after taking Eben to his weekly drum lesson, Ruth and I went off to see Barbie.  Ruth booked this up last week, before it goes off the local cinema screens.  We sat in reclining seats, laughed a lot and ate chocolate. Perfect.
