Seconds out

For no other reson other than bone-idleness to put them away, I have 3 watches on my desk. 
A few months ago, I noticed that they all seemed to have stopped, new battery required I assumed. 
Based upon aforesaid bone-idleness, I hadn't got round to having the batteries replaced as I never wear these watches.
Except that today, two of them seemed to have started up again.
There's a sign in this somewhere for me.


Ah well...
