Beaming

Lovely sunny day and Jasper came inside to enjoy the beam on the kitchen floor.  She looked very content with no distractions  or frightening things (like the dogs incessantly barking next door).
I accidentally had an intake of gluten yesterday.. (large slice of cake) .. it never occurred to me to ask my daughter if it was gluten free as she offered it to me .. she had made it.  It was absolutely delicious apple cake but today has not been great.. feeling bloated and tired with occasional shooting tummy pains.. I do hope that is all it will amount to and that it won't get worse.. silly me but it is the first time in 8 years so I am hopeful that it will pass without too much problem. Any other time has been a minor intake.. often spat out before swallowing but this was certainly the largest mistake I have made. 
Very sleepy all day
