Between popups that are useless for anything and updates that only are used because the computer nerds messed up in the first place the whole thing grinds to a halt. Microsoft started using the Ribbon system in 2007 and tweaked it in 2010. The version of Office in 2010 was created with the user in mind and is and was the best ever. After that it was all downhill. They moved bits round and hid tools and anything that was done was never done with the object of improving the programs for the user. It was done to add to their already inflated fortune.
