Time....

Had another heart attack yesterday, and I am currently in hospital waiting to be transferred to Edinburgh Royal Infirmary for an operation.
It'ss time to change a few lifestyle habits, get fi, and stop smoking. Have al ready quit the fags, I had a good run of being a smoker but now life has caught up. .
It's time to start blipping again properly, starting with this blip.
