Contemplation
I had to go into town after work to collect something and somewhat unusually, little was catching my eye for blip purposes - until I spotted this tableau on the way back.
Annoyingly, I got home to find that half my order was missing. I was able to contact the store's helpline and a replacement has been ordered.
However, while this was dealt with efficiently and politely, I have to go in again to collect the item and most annoying of all, there was no apology for the mistake or the inconvenience. Grr.
I rather wish I had consented to take the customer satisfaction survey now!
