Upriver

A bright, mild and breezy day today.
I got a load of washing out and dried, did a bit of housework and admin and had a lovely run at Tentsmuir with a friend. We picked her up from Leuchars station and then ran 15.5k along the dunes, marsh and in the woods. One short shower which gave us a rainbow, loads of seals, a group of oystercatchers (extra and taken from about the same place as the main) and crepe or bagel as a reward at the end.
My legs were quite tired when I got in but dune running is hard work, a soak in the bath helped.
