Door handle

Interesting door handles - son gave me a free ticket to his gym today so I thought why not see how the heartbeat goes today - glad to say pretty well. Very glad I gave up the tablets the hospital thought I should take - much less asthmatic. Just did some swimming but as it was so quiet I had a lane to myself so I could backstroke which helped enormously
