Bad weather ahead!

A pretty wet day until later in the afternoon when the sun came out - after a fashion! I haven't been out further than the garden, but have spent some time on photographs as usual!

Getting rather worried about the weather!  We've booked to take the ferry to Islay on Wednesday for a few days, but apparently Storm Agnes is going to be hitting the UK that day, and the west of Scotland and Irish Sea coasts are going to bear the brunt of it. Doesn't look very hopeful.

This cotoneaster is looking good at the moment, full of berries. It's obviously a self-sown plant coming up from under the deck - I'm not sure which species it is, but it's quite dramatic.
