Nic

This is Nic - a neighbour. He is a PGA referee and has ref'd at some of the world's major tournaments. We last saw him at the last Ryder cup as he walked the fairway at I think the final hole having delivered a judgement on ball.
This is him congratulating Spain's Carlota Ciganda in the Solheim cup immediately after her win on the 17th.

The ladies did a phenomenal job in getting back from 4 down on the first day.
