The End of Their Time

After the excitement of the last few days, today was part rest, part catch up with jobs. These are my boots that broke on the first day of the trek last week. The sole of the left boat has detached from the front of the boot and although not visible here, the sole is now only attached to about 2/3rds of the boot. For the trek I had a second pair boots thankfully. This pair have had a very good life but it is time for retirement.
