Centenary

As part of its centenary tour the Flying Scotsman was visiting the Speyside Railway today - three of us - all old enough to have regularly experienced the romance of travel on steam hauled trains enjoyed a nostalgic trip behind this wonderful engine - made more special by being along a very familiar stretch of line.
The engine gleamed - showing her age far less than any of us.
