No Anchor

A bit of a nerve-wracking anticipation of a trip from Bayswater to Gulf Harbour. We have the boat booked in for some scheduled repairs, including a new winch motor and capstan. The weather forecast was bad, really bad. And with no anchor winch, if the engine were to fail we would have had to manually lower the anchor and tie it off. But we have no choice other than to postpone the work till Dec or maybe even next year.
As things turned out the forecast was completely wrong. It was a reasonably calm sea, 10 knots following wind, no diffulties whatsoever. Such a relief.
