Didn't feel completely here and aware this morning, lay in bed and on the sofa. 
I decided after a long time to go on the tram for the first time. It was horrible, so claustrophobic , you couldn't really see out the windows as there was a film across them and I felt trapped. Not as many seats as I thought there would be and it was hard to see the doors as they were flush with the tram. 
I got off in town and had a wander then stopped for a tea. I decided to go back home in the tram too just to see if it was first time jitters. No. Hated it going back too, was so aware that you could hear everyones conversation as the tram hardly makes a sounds. Sensory hell!
