Turbines and Pylons

Today's the day .......................... to go home

We left for home this morning - and despite the dire Yellow Warning of Rain over most of Scotland, the journey back was uneventful and relatively easy.  So it's back to normal life, although next week is a busy one.  

Tomorrow night, there's a big public meeting at a local Village Hall, to discuss the pros and cons of wind turbines - and in particular, the proposal for a new one in the vicinity.  There were a fair number of wind turbines where we were last week, as above.  It was a good chance to see at close quarters, the difference they made to the landscape.  It will be interesting to hear what people have to say tomorrow.

In the meantime, it's good to be home - and there's several important rugby matches to catch up on ......................!
