Too much pain!

Somehow I hurt my neck overnight and today has been extremely painful. It's gone into spasm so I can't move it at all despite lots of ibuprofen, just what I need on an on-call day!

Work was ok luckily, and Henry had a good day at nursery. He's in the new room now and is eating and sleeping well there, I hope that continues.

Now to try and bath Henry and put him to bed by myself... there's been a leak at the flat so Neil's gone to try to sort that our, last thing we need at the moment.
