Back on the Tweed

It has been a while since we walked along the Tweed and this time we went down an extra bridge.   We were charmed by goldfinches, entertained by a heron and waved and an osprey.

In the extra is a man and dog in a boat.  We had chatted to him earlier but as he passed us he was some way off.  His route was to leave the boat at one point, drive the car to Peebles, cycle back to the boat and then he and dog returned to Peebles in the boat.  Great then.
