It was a day of….

Cleaning and tidying. Not much fun for puppy dogs.
Started with the bathroom and then the dishes. Moved on to mom’s and sorted her fairy lights. I worked out why they weren’t working….someone had cut the wire! No doubt unintentionally as they hardened.
Anyway…..new set up and (speaking from this evening) looking great.
Back home and hoovered throughout, dusted, washed the windows (inside. No more puppy nose marks!) Tidyed bits and bobs. Cut the grass. Changed bedding. Sorted out the spare room.
Everything was complete and I found myself wondering what to do while I waited for Clare to arrive. :)
Dinner together then I went to walk the dogs.
I found mom with her coat on just about to take Jodie out so I asked if she wanted to walk with me.
We walked round the green. It was a clear star studded sky with a bright half moon. A slight nip in the air.
It was nice to have walked with mom. :)
Back home to Clare and then bed. :)
