Overkill?

I've had a wee grumble before, I think, ref: the fact that there are now non-plastic ways to pd padded Envelopes.
       Hands up if you, like me, separate paper for recycling & Bubble-pop for rubbish?  Though I seriously wonder if it'd go in with the soft Plastic some Supermarkets now say they recycle.
