It has been a lovely mild and sunny day so feeling a bit more rested I went to football as I thought sitting in the fresh air would do me good. 

Leeds had their first home win of the season beating Watford 3-0. It was a good game to watch and Leeds could have scored even more had the Watford goalkeeper not played so well.
