Early morning dog walk followed by hobbling round Parkrun as I have a calf injury but won’t miss my Saturday fix and then after lunch I joined my next door neighbour and his FiL for a round of golf at Harburn.

Just about earned my Chinese takeaway this evening with MrsT.
