AUTUMNAL EQUINOX

Today, Summer officially ends.
On the AUTUMNAL EQUINOX, the sun is directly over the Equator, the day & night are
roughly 12 hours. The word “EQUINOX”
is from the Latin, meaning “Equal Night.”

In the Northern Hemisphere, the sun will be lower in the sky, & daylight will be shorter & shorter every day, until we reach the WINTER SOLSTICE.

My guided meditation recommends using this time of the year to LET GO of what no longer is useful, just like the trees shed leaves:
