Village Library

This is Booth Community Library. Booth is a little hamlet near Halifax and it had a telephone kiosk that had been unused for a few years. The residents bought it, gave it a nice coat of paint, put shelves in it and stocked it up with books.
The library works on a total trust basis - bring a book in - take a book out - and is open 8am to 8pm, seven days a week. The kiosk is locked at other times.
What a brilliant idea - well done Booth :-)
