Un plat de mer

Our last lunch here before we head off tomorrow. My favourite dish.
The weather has been pretty kind to us. We had a long walk along LeGoeland beach before lunch, as the tide was right out. We sat in the sun, eating and drinking for a couple of hours. Such a treat for the end of September. The sun is still out, so I shall have my last swim for this holiday, in a bit.
