Rainy day

Went out for a lovely meal with my friend and colleague, Becky, last night. And then we had a very intense first day of the Mental Health First Aid course. Lots of really lovely delegates and good to be working face to face again. We had plans to eat out again but we were both so shattered that we decided to stay put, listen to the rain and have a meal at the hotel.
