More shaggy inkcaps

On the left, a young Shaggy Inkcap mushroom Coprinus comatus. Over the next few days it will grow much taller and then will deliquesce into a black ink-like liquid full of spores, like the older specimen on the right.

The generic name Coprinus means living on dung and the specific epithet means hairy.
