Dornoch

A family holiday haunt for us both over the years. T also in 1960s. Great to be staying here for two nights. Walking miles. Watching awesome shearwaters feeding just off the rocks. Plenty fish evidently. No dookers here though. Distant views of Tain and the lighthouse at “Port” (cf Blipper Arclight). The new museum an excellent addition to our itinerary. Late lunch in The Eagle. Followed by visiting Dornoch Cathedral - prominent wedding venue for Madonna and less prominently, Elon Musk. Both using Andrew Carnegie’s nearby remodelled Skibo Castle for their receptions!
