Fast Approaching

No matter how much you don't want it to get here, fall is on the way.  Every day there's new signs that the summer has just about finished it's run.  
    The changing amount of daylight hours has convinced these impatients that there's not enough sunshine to sustain them and so some of the leaves are drained of life to make the planet smaller.  It's a temporary solution to a permanent problem though and a killing frost will be the end of the plant altogether.
