Tonight's dinner!

Tried a new recipe tonight, given to me by my friend in West Sussex, who we visited last week.It was a lamb dish and, accompanied by a lovely bottle of Rosthchild's Mouton Cadet, my husband commented that it was the best meal he'd had for some time! Maybe my cooking is getting better! it cheered up an otherwise miserable Saturday night. The weather is awful-rain, rain, rain. Also feel nostalgic because the European Song Contest is on and our son has always loved that ( tongue in cheek!! ). He's in India and will miss it!
